Every scan spends real AI compute the second you press analyze, and that money is gone whether you liked the report or not. So we say it plainly here rather than in a paragraph you find afterwards.
All payments to PageWisr are final. We do not refund subscriptions, in whole or in part, once a billing period has started.
That applies to monthly and yearly plans alike, whether you ran one scan in the period or three hundred.
PageWisr is not a seat you rent. Each scan opens your page in a real browser, captures it, and sends it through a large AI model that charges us per run. That cost lands immediately and cannot be reversed, returned or resold.
Refunding a subscription would mean giving back money that has already been spent producing the reports sitting in your dashboard. A one-person product cannot absorb that, so instead of pricing it in and charging everybody more, we say no refunds and keep the price at $9.99.
Every account gets a full scan for free: the complete report, every finding, every fix, nothing blurred out. Read it, decide whether it is worth $9.99, and only then pay.
You can also read reports other people have published before you spend anything at all.
Cancel whenever you like, from your subscription page. It takes one click and does not need an email to us.
Moving between monthly and yearly is handled by our payment provider, which prices the change from the time you make it. A switch is not a refund and does not return money already billed.
No refunds does not mean no fixes. Write to us and we will sort it out if:
In the last case the usual remedy is re-running the scan rather than returning money — but if we cannot deliver what you paid for at all, we will not keep it.
If something looks wrong on your statement, email us before calling your bank. A chargeback freezes the account while it is investigated, and almost every case turns out to be something we could have solved the same day.
Where the law where you live gives you a refund right that this policy cannot take away, that law wins. Nothing here is meant to remove a protection you are entitled to.
